I'm an MIS Specialist focused on turning data into decisions

Hello! I'm Yugandhar BV, a key member of the Fanzart team in Bengaluru. Beyond MIS reporting, I'm the go-to tech person here — I fix system issues, dig into bugs, and hand the developer team clear solutions to work with. I've been with Fanzart since December 2010, after earlier MIS roles at GLSoftech and Sourcehub India.

I run GoFrugal end to end — troubleshooting and rectifying any errors that come up — and I like coming to the table with new ideas to build and automate things across Fanzart. My focus is simple: keep the data clean, keep the systems running, and make everyday work smoother. I studied at Vinayaka Mission's Research Foundation - University.
